Categories are possible values for List/Tree fields. This screen can be reached from the field list.
Categories can be organized in a hierarchical tree.
A cost calculation factor can be specified, which is applied to the time spent in this category. In that case, this factor is used to calculate the estimated cost of the time spent. For example, overtime could be assigned a factor of 1.2, and holidays, a factor of 0.
