System part permissions

System parts:

• System: This is the complete system. The following permissions can be granted:
  1. Read: Read permission on all parts of the system.
  2. Manage: Manage permission on all parts of the system. This is the maximum permission possible.
• User and group list. The following permissions can be granted:
  • General
    1. Read: The user and group list can be read
    2. Manage: The user and group list can be changed
  • Add sub items
    1. Add a group or user account
• Field list
  1. Write: The field list can be edited, except that no field can be deleted. Categories of fields can be added, edited, and deleted.
  2. Manage: The above, including the deletion of a field.
• Spendings:
  Note: These are permissions to grant a spendings related permission on a project. The user also needs Manage permission on the project to grant the permission.
  • Grant view statistics permission: If you have this permission, you can grant the permission 'View aggregate statistics of the spendings of all users' on a project for which you have Manage access
  • Grant read permission: If you have this permission, you can grant the permission 'Read spendings of all users' on a project for which you have Manage access
  • Grant write permission: If you have this permission, you can grant the permission 'View aggregate statistics of the spendings of all users' on a project for which you have Manage access
