Statusbar

The statusbar at the bottom of the screen shows the following information, from left to right:

Position of the cursor in the file, a decimal number.
Position of the cursor in the file, a hexadecimal number.
The Insert-mode. When the insert-mode is on, 'INS' is displayed. Otherwise 'OVR' (overwrite) is displayed.
Additional information. For instance, help on menu options.

Note: The cursor can be at location [file size]. For example: when the file has 0 bytes, the cursor is always at position 0. In the Text View, the end of the file is represented by a small vertical bar, to distinguish between spaces and the area outside the file.
